      Very cheap A lot of pressure to perform A lot of pressure to reach unrealistic sales objectives when the market is not allowing to attain them Lack of vision Management doesn't know how to lead They don't empower their employees They don't accommodate to diversity, inclusion and equity Lack of accomodations for people with disabilities and illnesses They promise you the moon and the stars to only cut you loose at the end

      Opportunity to learn projects etc

      Cons

      Toxic environment, politic and majority rude people in the whole plant Disrespectful and deciding which attitude to give based on your level Poor working environment Food in canteen sucks, undercooked or too salty Provide meal allowance but management don't like to see employee buying beverages or snacks.

      The only pro is the pay.

      Cons

      Was forced to work 7 months straight without a day off. Mandatory overtime. 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch. They promise a day off but you'll never see it. Very strenuous labor.
