Pros

Great campus, lots of trainings and place for improvement. Home office and flexible worktime. Stable company.

Cons

Low salary and salary is independent from your performance (same experience and position level matters). In some projects you have to do overwork at some project colleagues are bored and not doing anything. Wrong processes, always getting into the same troubles, wrong leaders (technically skilled people are promoted to leaders with lack of leadership skills).
