Heavy work load. Expects overtime without pay, especially towards end of projects. Senseless decision making regarding core everyday work life issues without asking anyone.

- Mandatory 5-day RTO policy. - Low pay - Promotions often go to “yes-men” with little or no leadership experience. - Reporting harassment or abuse can lead to retaliation. - Managers remain employed despite multiple harassment reports and high turnover rate on their teams. - Many managers are remote and disconnected from day-to-day operations. - Before joining, ask about your prospective manager’s leadership background and team turnover rate.
