      Great team of people. Company President is approachable and affable. Great bonus amount Company culture is legendary Very social atmosphere Great city

      Cons

      Crunch can be all consuming, but you are compensated financially. And it is only every few years. A few cliques, but that happens every where.

      Pros

      Very proud I am working a great project with great people. it's a global company and work with great professionals all of the world. the system is really good enough to smart so no need to chasing or waiting and higher salary compare any other studio which makes me happy.

      Cons

      -people are all busy at crunch time the mood of rockstar normally work very hard. have to put the daily everyday which is a bit stressful for artist at first time. +

      Pros

      Solid, strong company with a small group of tight upper management. Excellent pay, benefits & additional bonuses. You are either a fully loyal subject or your days are numbered.

      Cons

      Management can be extremely tight lipped and although this is expected in Games, where much information needs to be under lock & key, it seems to filter down into things need not be confidential. Large gap between upper management and staff in the trenches.
