Pros

- Permanent contract, meaning less uncertainty in job security as compared to most other QA roles in the industry. - Benefits are great for employees. - You get to work on industry leading projects with new, groundbreaking technology powering them. - Supportive and like-minded colleagues in every level of the company.

Cons

Some tend to forget that they are still in a professional workplace, people can feel alienated with their colleagues if they overhear others airing out of their personal issues in the office.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is Free Breakfast, Lunch and snacks given by rockstar.

Cons

There is no learning curve here in rockstar. They just need people to finish GTA6 on time. None of the tools used by Rockstar can be used once you leave the company. You cannot even tell which tools you worked on because of NDA. Everything you learn there is garbage the moment you leave the company. The appraisal cycle and hikes are below average compared to other companies. Rockstar pays way below the average industry standards. The management is busy conducting parties and spending money on unnecessary team dinners and outings. Join if you only want to tell people yoy worked in Rockstar. Career wise joining rockstar will hurt you the long run.
