Employee perks , yearly increments, no overtime.

Cons

Hostile environment, political hierarchies, extreme targeting and micromanagement , promotions and reviews are based off of favouritism and not performance, HR opts to terminate employees that voice their concern rather than looking out for employee well being, employees from other states discriminate against employees that do not speak hindi, leads and seniors have double standards that are not applicable to them but to everyone else whilst doing the same things in front of the other employees.
