Pros

The projects themselves are large, exciting and interesting to work on. Some of the folks there are among the best developers I've had the pleasure to work with. Benefits are great. Hours and flexible times are much appreciated.

Cons

Extremely disorganised with each department doing their own thing. Size of company means it's easy to fall through the cracks and find yourself in limbo. That coupled with the freeze of raises or promotions lately can make it into a very static job career prospect wise. Little opportunity to increase ones skills as there is no time. Lastly, commitment to not do crunch but while it's not mentioned it's still part of the culture. Invisible but present.
