Pros

There were a lot of pro's a few years ago, but alas it is no more.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Managers started hiring really, really bad people during COVID with no relevant skills and then refused to fire them. Those people then take credit for your work. The most successful time was when everyone was working remotely, but of course they gave us all the 'water cooler chat' and 'team collaboration'. Given I worked with teams in all different timezones this consisted of driving into an office to sit on Zoom calls! They don't care if you have a valid disability, it's in the office or HR will need to 'have the chat' with you. I left the company as did so many others, so much good talent was lost.
