1. Flexible work environment, you are free to work on whatever technology you are interested in. 2. Free food(trust me its very tasty and it can cater to everyone irrespective of whether you are north indian/ south indian, foreigner), free transportation. 3. Zero politics, everyone is very transparent. 4. Tech events happen through out the year to keep you motivated and update.

Cons

1. Salaries are good but not on par with the tier 1 companies like google/ amazon.

* Not much to learn. * Pay is not good compared to the other companies. * Less motivated people and management. * Most of the time you will end up fixing bugs only in product which are in maintenance mode.
