      Pros

      At SAP, we can truly work. It is all structured in order we have no time, system or work/life balance impediments. If you have an idea, you can work on it. If you want to innovate, that's great, you can do it. If you just want to complete your daily tasks, it is all up to you. We are free, here, and I think that's beautiful.

      Cons

      Some say the compensation in longer time employments doesn't worth that much.

      You can chill as much as you want. Good food

      Cons

      Beware!! Its worst place to learn because there is no quality work. If you are at beginning of your career then joining SAP will be your biggest mistake. Salary is almost half of other product based companies in india. Management is pathetic.
