Pros

Flexible working hours; Shuttle to the company and back home; goods like fruits and snacks(cookies) available on every micro kitchen at the office; Gaming area; Good Parking lot; work-life balance; Achievable career path; Outstanding compensation package compared to other companies in Brazil; Work environment is great; Facilities are even better than most companies around the world; Trust on my direct management; Work from home as per agreement with your team/management;

Cons

Given the size of the company and teams, it is not that easy to get a substantial raise other than changing your position/role; Your starting salary counts a lot in the future, since the budget is by team, and everyone working on the company are very good on what they do, so it is not that easy to stand out from the crowd;

Thanks for your review. We take pride in the benefits we offer. Regarding salary, each year, we undertake an external salary benchmarking review of the local market. This review is to ensure we offer a competitive salary package compared to companies with a similar profile and for the wide range of roles we have in each country. We also have a compensation review cycle that gets underway in Quarter One every year. As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team, and on an individual level) to reward employees. Pros

Global company, trainings abroad, possibility of work with new technologies since the company has the culture of innovation, excellent work environment, flexible work time, possibilities of grow.

Cons

the career development is not fast as compared to a startup, however I believe this is a challenge for all large companies.
