      Benefits, possibility to be involved in different projects with the most important companies around the world, collaborative culture the whole team is really helpful and friendly

      Cons

      In my perspective, a short range of people inside the company is not so good to work together, they take some action that I consider not so fair.

      - Strong HR and helpful - Feedback culture respected - Benefits are great - Local support for any private issues

      Cons

      - Too messy to adapt to the cloud with unclear goals - Reorgs are messy and many times end up with broken teams - Goals change suddenly, giving the impression of the wrong direction - Long periods with HC hiring restrictions - HR preaches the culture, but many employees from different countries don't follow it - Lack of clarity on goals causes attritions to increase - Salaries seem to be lower than the market
