Pros
SAP is a very good company for who is starting a career (e.g. just left the university), the managers and colleagues really help you and create a positive environment for growing and developing yourself technically. The entry-level salary is compatible to what the market pays.
Cons
Unfortunately, as the years passes by, you start to see that the remuneration does not keep up with the amount of responsibility they give you and soon the balance of how much you do/how much you get is way off.
