      Good quality work, no same old boring work always. Challenging work will be thrown at you always & you need to be attentive to get it done.

      Cons

      At times the work will be hectic but at the same time you can enjoy the challenge.

      Pros

      Excellent work-family balance, work from home options, very nice benefits (although salary not too high), encourage employee growth.... Colleagues are nice and respect each other and help each other out and there is a lot to learn from the different resources available, training given to employees, opportunities to grow and build your dreams and aspirations...all in all, it's a GREAT company to work for and I would recommend it highly to people from different stages of their career!

      Cons

      Typical "red tape" associated with a large company...it takes longer to respond to market demand and customer expectations sometimes because of the processes we need to go through (compared to start-ups for example)....so if you are competing with start-ups and smaller vendors, it can be a little challenging... Takes some time to get adjusted to SAp's work culture, teams, how to get around the teams etc...
