This review is to ensure we offer a competitive salary package compared to companies with a similar profile and for the wide range of roles we have in each country. We also have a compensation review cycle that gets underway in Quarter One every year. As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team, and on an individual level) to reward employees. There is an institutional, organizational culture of trust and respect for people, without forget about doing business, reach goals, etc

Cons

there are no really cons. Anyway, the career progress could be somewhat in the development and enginnering. There are fewer opportunities in the management path but the carrer grow is much faster.

Great place to work but......

Pros

Good salary, good healtcare plan, great work/personal balance. Stress free work environment.

Cons

Every week we have gay/trans campaigns and events. People with conservative ideology feel are affraid of express themselves because the progressive people in the company are very aggressive and they don't accept other points of views or suggestions. A lot of people don't express their point of views because they are affraid of retaliation. SAP also is enforcing female to reach higher positions whatever the cost, this isn't a good policy as it'll desestimulate man to apply to management job because he already know that a woman will be automatically put in a better position during the hiring process.
