Generally more relaxed work life balance, decent company culture, good flexible benefits.

Cons

All of those pros used to be much better and the company execs have really started to show their true colors with forced RTO, lay offs, bad decisions and overall decreased morale, enthusiasm and faith in the company. Doesn't pay as much as others in silicon valley
