      Great company if you look for stability

      Very good work environment, flexibility on vacations, work-life balance, good compensation and bonus plan, felxible working time, solid company

      Cons

      Sometimes the carreer plan is not very clear, and I have the impression that promotions are not based on performance. Several times, the managers do not seem to have a solid and consistent evaluation of your job, and instead they rely on the feedback of colleagues(feels like they repeat feedback provided by others). In some situations, i felt like the manager tries to explore more of my weak points than the points i am good at.
