      Great opportunities for those working hard and achieving financial results Multiple locations around the world, diverse workforce Strong culture, people feel proud of working there

      Cons

      Terrible in people management (lack of psychological safety among employees, employees constantly afraid of being fired, does not foster innovation outside of HQ, diversity exists but inclusion does not happen, e.g. there are limited women at senior positions, there is a clear preference for French nationals)
