Pros
Good benefits, nice offices, good equipment, good food and pleasant events, 2 days from home.
Cons
Far too political, and hardly any checks and balances on people management practices. How you fare depends entirely on your management and whether they get along with their management, in spite of an intricate facade of role descriptions and performance management. Often no consideration for the operational side-effects of absolutely wanting to split teams across three continents with hardly overlapping office hours when such an approach is not a benefit for the team in question.
