      Swift offers great 401k and other benefits to prepare for retirement. In addition, there are generous leave times provided. In some cases you may even get some travel benefits.

      Cons

      The work environment can be very stressful at times. It's a good idea to manage stress effectively during high volume work periods. Be sure to take advantage of long weekends and vacation days.
