Thanks for your review. The majority of feedback from our colleagues talks about how great our people are - we wholeheartedly agree! Many of the executives visit the locations they are responsible for regularly and actively encourage open and honest feedback. Our new interim CPO, Amanda Cusdin is enthusiastic about improving our engagement with colleagues on a regular basis - so watch this space. Thank you again.

Do not work here!

Pros

Just one - there's free parking!

Cons

Incompetent, insensitive, egotistical management with no people skills. Main concern is not actual work, but completing PDRs. In 6 months had no 1 to 1 with my manager. Loud, open-plan offices where it is difficult to concentrate. One hour lunch, in the very isolated (and cold) building is far too long - 30 minutes would be fine and then leave 30 minutes early?! There is an overriding feeling of negativity, unhappiness and worry (quite a few redundancies) from the majority of staff.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to read you weren't happy. We have 2,000 or so people leaders at Sage and we understand how important it is to have a great and inspiring leader - we have many here at Sage but we can do better. Hence, earlier this year we invested in our tailor-made Leading for Leaders programme. Leaders will be encouraged throughout FY17 to participate and achieve a ‘License to Lead’ which will open up further development in FY18, as well as other support benefits. All colleagues should have regular one-to-ones with their manager and a mid-year review and full performance review. I know you've left, but if colleagues are not having these, either speak with their manager or contact their People Business Partner.

Thanks for your feedback. Our people at Sage continually to be awesome and inspire all of us across Sage - this is great, and really makes coming to work so much more pleasurable. Work life balance is great for colleagues and the Company itself, so it's something Sage endeavors to offer colleagues, so great to hear it worked for you. Unethical behaviour is not tolerated at Sage. We’re building a great business and it is important that our success is delivered in the right way, doing the right things – the Sage Way. Our Code of Conduct is the DNA of how we should conduct our professional and personal behaviour. It sets out the business standards expected and gives colleagues information on how they can behave ethically, as well as how to report any concerns they have about business not being carried out in this manner. We have just launched a campaign and there are posters around the offices with details of colleague's local Whistleblowing helpline to report any concerns they have. Thanks again for your feedback and wish you well.
