Thanks for your review. We work hard to ensure our people receive good pay and benefits and have great facilities at work - so it's pleasing to read you experienced this. Sales targets go through an approval process with Senior Management to ensure that the targets set are fair and achievable, taking into account our sales forecasts and upcoming product launches. Great people working there

Cons

Poor senior management constantly changing targets. Main target being sales and getting customer off phone as quick as posisble Don't treat staff like adults They dont do whats right for customer main priority is making money. Not willing to train staff properly (Standards have fallen hugely in the last 2 years) Little chance to progress if you are in Ireland on tech support most senior positions moved to the UK
