Exciting transformation

Pros

- Opportunity to be part of a transformational journey at Sage to become a leading global software player - Considering the size of the business, relatively easy to make an impact if you are willing to engage - Quick recognition and promotion for talented people, merit-oriented - Supports charity and volunteering through the Sage Foundation and by providing 5 volunteering days per year

Cons

- If you like a set role with no change and where you don't need to engage with the vision, probably not the place for you - Change and transformation inevitably mean occasional "chaos" and some mistakes, resilience and a sense of perspective required

Thanks for your feedback. We are extremely proud of the Sage Foundation, which means we are very community focused - our colleague receive up to 5 days per year to spend working with a charity of their choice. Plus there's other initiatives such as the mission to raise money for brilliant local charities - Sage Colleagues, Partners and Customers have been inspired by Chief Financial Officer, Steve Hare to raise $1 million! Plus Sage Foundation's Grants for Change, Enterprise Fund and software license donations. So much we can all do to really make a difference. Thanks for your feedback.
