Mixed feelings.

Pros

Great and smart people. IT industry pays well. Clock in clock out- if clients are not there, you're not expected to work late.

Cons

Too many acquisitions makes for internal operations and systems to be over-complicated. HR tries to create a fun corporate culture, however it comes across as bureaucratic and a little bit boring.

Really good people which makes it fun and interesting. Good benifits as well.

Cons

Some Micro management which isn't a bad thing but can be restrictive in a development house.

Still some dedicated, exceptional employees working there.

Cons

Senior Leadership in Sage NA doesn't have the skill, expertise to lead the company to transform the business. Senior leadership is disconnected from employees and customers, doesn't listen to feedback. The "my way or the highway" leadership style misses out on the opportunity for collaboration. No vision and no commitment to corporate principles. "Do as I say, not as I do".
