Pros

To start off, it is a very friendly work environment that gives you lots of feedback. You have the option of working three different shifts which was lovely. You can get to sleep in late

Cons

Your perfomance is based on what customers say about you. If a customer is having a bad day and you solve their issue, you may still get a bad performance score.

sage is a very flexible company when it comes to time off and allowing it employees time away from work.

Cons

very bad time to be with company right now, business has slowed a lot, layoffs are a part of everyday life.

-Good support when one joins the company -Flexible management and relaxed atmosphere and environment -Market leader in accounting software, therefore brand name and recognition

Cons

- Not many opportunities for career advancement unless prepared to relocate elsewhere -Communication between various departments could be improved as a lot is often lost in translation
