Pros

Can be good and rewarding if you get the right role and manager. Some decent benefits. Big company so not bad to have on your CV.

Cons

Salary isn't as good as it used to be. Cobalt offices are dreadful. OKR process is meaningless. Random redundancies - you never know who's next.

Pros

The role was a great opportunity to learn and grow, especially as an early tech role. In this position, you develop skills in troubleshooting network connections, invoice templating, and automation issues. The hybrid schedule is a good perk to have, especially with the Austin office downtown.

Cons

You may have to deal with gaslighting and ignoring from management, spotlighting their inexperience and lack of mastery of the role. In a high-pressure environment, this can compound the pressure of the job. Pay is a bit low which is why they target candidates with little experience or transitioning into the industry. This, on its face, isn't bad, but the on-the-job training is subpar. Preparation of the chosen agents isn't a high priority. Management seems content with high turnover and agents fleeing the role as soon as feasible.
