      Good place for immigrants to start

      Unethical practices, employees treated with a lack of respect, many many people getting fired on an ongoing basis for daring to express any kind of opinion. The Italians keep information to themselves. The working atmosphere is unorganized and chaotic. Expectations change without any apparent communication to English speaking people. Chaotic environment. Crisis management, lack of respect and bullying is common.

      You get some an experience.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and full of liars. The pay is low and you never get pay raises or bonuses. Favoritism towards expats, especially Italians. Use of derogatory terms towards employees. An employee was called the N word by the manager and the company did nothing.

      Flexible Scheldule, good balance, good co worker, some honest hard working people there.

      Cons

      Cut hours, no communication, favoritism. No one takes responsibility, letting go of the wrong people.
