      - It's a multinational company, so it will look good on your CV. - Really pushes you out of your comfort zone and enables you to gain new, valuable skills in your field. - Hands-on, open-door, accessible management.

      Cons

      - Pay is far below the industry standard. - There is race-based discrimination, plain and simple. White employees are treated better than everyone else. Nigerian employees are treated worse than everyone else. - Jim Crow-esque racial segregation. There are different staff buses for "expatriates," Koreans, and for Nigerians. Food standards are different. The worst vehicles are left for Nigerian staff. Nigerians are housed in the worst accommodation. Nigerians are treated like an afterthought. White employees are treated like gods. Above all else, pay for Nigerian staff is insultingly lower than everyone else.
