      If your name does not end in a vowel keep looking

      Good money, great vacation laid back

      Cons

      Poor management, backstabbing from upper management to middle just to cover themselves when your name does not end in a vowel. HQ is in Italy so they just send those that want to get anchor babies here. HR is so horrible and when you call them out they will tell you it's just your turn to get the short end of the stick. Glass ceiling is so apparent it's not even funny. If there is a spot open they are sending another one from "home". Get into a good group so that you remain safe. Management will delegate responsibility but still micro manage it so your work is useless.

      Hard to really think of any but i guess I would have to say that they do put you in nice hotels when flying overseas.

      Cons

      You have to fight to get paid!! They always pay late!! They also mess up on your Taxes!!! The aggravation isn't worth the little pay you get!!

      Great opportunity for professional experience worldwide, challenging business, good relationships and support among colleagues.

      Cons

      Muscolar leadership and medieval sense of hierarchy. Poor team management skills by all levels, diversity is substantially ignored. Low wages compared to rest of market, no opportunities for training and development at all. Career is influenced by friends and godfathers.
