      Good pay, decent benefits, nice diversity.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Lackluster management, too many ex-patriot employees, no upward mobility (unless you're Italian), poor business development, entitled executive class, little to no training, bad social environment.

      All I could say is you just have a job for a while if you can't find any in other companies.

      Lots of Cons. If you are going to work for this company, be prepare for worse situation in you career. company don't care about the people and you have no value for them, Zero. the general knowledge of seniors and managers is very low.
