      When pay is the last thing to consider

      Pros

      Relaxed work commitment. Priority to workplace safety. Akin government job with no absurd hire & fire policy.

      Cons

      Misogynist people mainly Head of departments and above. Language (Telugu) and caste (Brahmins) get favoured with promotions and site opportunities. Poor ctc and annual hikes. Worst actually. Lucky if you speak Telugu and bonus if you are a Brahmin. Others don't get same accreditation.

      Most people are nice. Money is ok if you got in at the right time. Soe training recently after 5+ years of employment
