Business Outlook
Pros
Conveniently located right off the Katy freeway in Houston. Some extremely nice and talented people employed here.
Cons
Extremely poor management. Being a subsidiary of an Italian run company; headquartered in Italy, there is little business sense with regard to operations in the US. Very constrictive operation as everything must be approved through the Italian office. The talent and traits of the employee base is stiffed because of micromanagement and an extremely distrusting nature when it comes to their employees. The amount of nonconstructive bureaucracy is staggering.
