Pros

Ample opportunities for development, dynamic environment especially on offshore projects, friendly people who are open for sharing knowledge, fair compensation and good life-work balance

Cons

Poor career management, no sincere and constructive evaluation feedback, no clear objectives and generally HR is lacking transparency. Management is still mainly Italian.

I apologize that was your experience, but we have since made leadership changes which has resulted in a positive impact on our compensation philosophy. We currently review our payscale and conduct annual reviews.

Pros

unstructured work environment so you get to work on a lot of different aspects of project management. Travel to new countries is a plus Great LAvazza Coffee for FREE!!!

Cons

Clash between Italian and French creating a disharmonous work environment Quite a few project managers were too inexperienced to lead projects. Poor commitment to diversity. All management is pretty much just Italian. Extremely misogynist environment. Frat boy culture. A use and throw mentality towards non Italian engineers
