Business Outlook
Pros
Good planning , organisation helping each other mindset, problem solving attitude on Engineers which is really appropriated. Regardless of which department they are still work together to solve the problems.
Cons
There are different Revisions of Drawings which will confuse installations . But now lots of improvement on pre planned activities which reduce number of revisions which is really appreciated.
