      Great team, you can learn a lot with peers from all around the world, there are great challenges everyday and it will be a very nice experience in a professional and personal point of view

      Cons

      Should have better hours and better benefits, working from Monday to Saturday can be really tiring. However since the company focus on construction is difficult to do it any different

      Excellent package, job continuity, nice management, expecially in NDT department we have out standing management.lot of motion and upgraded training from our department

      Need to be aggressive always if not you will not allow to work with saipem, need to be flexible to work all over the world.
