      Worldwide opportunities. Great place to learn. Great exposure on day one.

      Poor management. Few long-term opportunities. Compensation should be more consistent betwwen different business unit.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working for Saipem. Husky should be embarrassed to still have this company building their plant. The recent articles have said it all.

      Cons

      The worst company ever to be awarded a contract in the oil sands. There are no morals or ethics in this company from the top down. HR department is a joke, both in Calgary and on site. I have seen them target and bully several employees for no reason, including their own coworkers. Work here if you want to commit career suicide.
