Good stepping stone to start working after graduating from High school or University to gain some work experience High prospect for advance for Italy nationality employees.

Cons

Low possibility to advance for outstanding non-Italy employees especially in finance department. Low company recognition or appreciation for extra contribution from employees who willing to do more. Unclear guide line about responsibility of title for position.
