      Pros

      Good atmosphere, no need to suit up, good opportunities. Not competitive inside the office, but efforts are noticed and a good career is doable.

      Cons

      Bad location. 1h away from Paris. Sometimes stingy. The top management is in Milan and it is kind of difficult to communicate.
