Mega Projects. Good for Beginners. Different work culture.
Cons
No Ethics. Same experienced & Similar post people have varied salaries like 2 times. Growth Rate is poor. Salary double in 15 to 20 years. People Good friends with Italians make promotions. Increments are sometimes at incredible 0% to 1.5%. Unexpected people get 5%. No Rules. Random Management. People removed with little or no reason. You have to skip or or postpone Vacations, but Italians dont lose even a single day. Double Standards for Asians and Europeans.
