The group provides international experience. The management approach is not rigid and form a confortable enviornment for work. Being the leader in the industry teh Company provided a feeling of security.

Cons

The effort put towards the benefit of the Company is not a prerequisite for benefits. The effort and loyalty to Company is not rewarded by adequate recognition either by compensations of cariere development.
