      Pros

      Great exposure to operational criticalities and complex projects, therefore there is great opportunity to learn by doing and build up solid competence.

      Cons

      Very poor work-life balance and HR management. Incredibily poor training programs - actually, the company DOESN'T provide training, as the management fear to lose the people they invest in. Management style is generally very rough and primitive. Poor opportunities for a good career, as competence and professionality is not very well rated - more frequently, loyalty to management is preferred. Very poor or no retention plans and incentive schemes; wages are generally lower than average, there is a very high turnover as skilled people find good opportunities elsewhere, sooner or later.

      Great experience for a fresh grad or 1-3 years experienced guy. but no career or personal development on the long run.

      Cons

      Racist company, Italians treated differently than non-Italians in everything. Especially career path and promotions
