Business Outlook
Pros
The best thing about Saipem are the people. They are fun, knowledgeable and mostly helpful. It's a great place to start your career, to learn the trade and grow professionally. There is a lot of variation between managers but my experience is that, as long as you do your work, they are flexible about time offs and such.
Cons
Managers are bit always promoted because of ability. Promotions, salary increments and opportunities is not necessarily dependent on ability and performance. Decision making amongst management is not very good.
