Very honest and fair. Pays well. Very Good structure to work at. Career planning is good. Benefits are great. Takes care of the employee.

Cons

Some employees are pretentious. Hierarchy driven. Only engineers are right and the bosses give full power to them. Not flexible

It was a nice place, with nice people all eager to do their best and help you follow the same way

Those who were on "top levels" did not help you go beyond, since the motivation was lacking and the expertise sometimes seemed inexistent from their side
