      Pros

      Competitive Salary, competent workforce, appraisals and title revisions are timely. If you are in the right team, there is room to experiment.

      Cons

      Easy to stagnate, unfocused top management, unfriendly HR policies. Senior management in Korea can be extremely inconsiderate when it comes to timings (working through the night without sleep).

      The management has no concern about the employee...they are not ready to give you holidays at all..even in ur one on one this point comes up that u took a lot of holidays if one has consumed the share of holidays allotted to him/her... no concern for the field u want to work in...they just pick u from one proj and put u in another without asking ur preference....the management is absolutely incapable...in short think of ur worst nightmare and that is it....
