      Pros

      The company has a big name so that when you go out to negotiate with clients or suppliers, it will usually be easier to negotiate the deal.

      Cons

      A very hirarchical organization. Lots of drinking and dinners with internal colleagues and management. There is a glass ceiling for foreigners to be promoted.

      Pros

      Samsung has a good cowork system and IT infra. I think one of samsung's strength is a employee's passion and responsibility.

      Cons

      I think Samsung's organization culture is not flexible and effectiveness of work is some low. Employee were required creative thinking.
