      Pros

      The benefits, the people and the flexible work environment. If you are fortunate enough to have a good manager than there is an immense potential for career growth and increasing responsibility.

      Cons

      Remarkable absence of leadership among senior management within the business unit. Inconsistent decision making, highly reactive rather than proactive. Susceptibility for bottlenecks and information hoarding by mismanaged employees.

      Pros

      They are pretty aggressive in M&A, so this creates continual change in the business structure. If you are fast on your feet you can take advantage of this to expand your professional experiences. Vacation time is reasonable and nobody questions you for taking time off. Good team based environment and generally some very good people to work with. Annual equity granted to all employees.

      Cons

      An very poor track record of completing performance reviews in a timely and consistent manner. You are always doing at least three jobs at a time, which means you live life by a fire drill in this company.
