      The benefits were good and the coworkers were fun. I found that the flexibility in scheduling was very helpful as the mother of 2 young children.

      Cons

      There was jno ownership of your work and little opportunity to advance or learn. Only followed strict SOPs and were encouraged not to think about the science behind the work.

      still fragments of burocratic culture, unclear criteria for promotions and lack of structured approach to career development. Poor pipeline making medium term future uncertain
