I see the future & it's headed east...to Patni and not in Bridgewater...in India...when will Big Pharma learn?

Great co-workers, nice location, very good benefits, decent autonomy, good pipeline, decent IT/IS department even though we are going through a lot of changes...GUS staff is very knowledgeable and professional
Cons
Jobs are scarce and moving up is very difficult. Most of management does not advocate very well for the workers. There is a disconnect and a lack of leadership between the management and the workers. Patni want's all the jobs and the US/Global management is happy to give away the few jobs we have left to Patni just to have the case #'s make them look good. The quality suffers when you are cranking out 20 cases a day. Management should be wary of being all to eager to outsource. After all, managers are cheaper when the come from India too.
