      Great benefits and career growth, but cliquey culture

      Pros

      Career progression, work life balance, team environment, benefits are amazing [for Sanofi staff], sport & social club is excellent.

      Cons

      Can be very cliquey, the mans club is real at senior leadership level, they say age doesn't matter but it does, swear by diversity & inclusion but don't want your opinion unless you look/dress in the 'uniform'.
