Poor management of people and their careers. For an individual's performance, much more weight is given to hearsay of others instead of direct knowledge of individual's work, the individual's team, the individual's direct reports, and their manager. Too much upper management infighting and favoritism of certain workers by management. Unusual number of people that end up leaving after short while. Poor consideration of different working styles. Although some directors are good leaders there are too many that are poor leaders that have been there for too long.

Terrible blaming culture, cold and anal managers who couldn't care less about their employees and are only looking to submit their reports on time, toxic atmosphere.
